All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLORADO CRUSHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7. INDEMNIFICATION

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
